Depending on client's interest and needs (weight loss, food sensitivities, leaky gut syndrome IBS, dietary changes to vegan, vegetarian, FODMOP, Keto, low carb, etc), this can be one of, or a combination of dietary assessment and counseling, health and lifestyle counseling (See Lifestyle Medicine Section of services: addressing habits and behaviors the pillars of health), food label education, on site grocery shopping education, healthy food preparation and cooking strategies, etc.

Counseling needs vary and therefore structure and plan will be different for every individual. Dietary consultation at $120 will begin the episode of care and counseling and plan will follow depending what was determined together to be appropriate and in need during the initial consultation. Counseling following the consultation will be billed at $75/hr.
