Had a flat tire new my awareness when rushing off to flamenco class today so had to switch route to Discount Tire (they kindly repaired it free, under warranty) and afterwards too late to go to class so I made soup! Not lemonade, ha ha. So full of plants and nutrients, including the herbs and spices and lemon added after simmering, there are 17 plants in this soup, protein rich w red lentils! Gonna enjoy this with the cooler weather! PSA: I had scratched an itch that was a tiny y spec weeks ago and it rapidly changed in size to that of a pencil eraser, colour from bright pink to flesh, and smooth pearl like to crusty. (Was also where my jog bras rubbed) I called my dermatologist right away and got in asap, yesterday they said it’s definitely skin cancer, removed it and sent it for biopsy. Why biopsy it if they removed it? Because it could be one of 2 kinds: basal cell (then done, it’s gone, no need for follow up) or melanoma (have to go back to take out greater margins so no cell left behind, but this will leave a scar and why they don’t do it automatically) Check your spots and keep a close eye, any changes in size, colour and texture do not wait!
